De publicatie RAABJERG die eerder dit jaar in de lente verscheen is nu door The Book Photographer vastgelegd. Rune Peitersen neemt deel in de aankomende tentoonstelling van het Performing Objects project. Als onderdeel van het publieke programma van dit project zal Rune Peitersen een presentatie geven over zijn publicatie. Daarop volgt een open gesprek tussen de kunstenaar en Edwin van Gelder, de ontwerper van het boek.

The Book Photographer heeft Solar Futures vastgelegd, een nieuwe publicatie door prijswinnende solar designer Marjan van Aubel.

Eerder deze zomer verscheen Doorways, een publicatie door beeldend kunstenaar Michiel Kluiters. The Book Photographer heeft het boek vastgelegd in een fotoserie.

Solar Futures, the past, present and future of solar energy mapped out by award-winning solar designer Marjan van Aubel. Additional texts by Matylda Krzykowski and Sander Mann, Edited by Marjan van Aubel and Eleonoor Jap Sam and with a beautiful design by SJG (Joost Grootens, Dimitri Jeannottat and Julie da Silva). With the support of the Creative Industries Fund NL, Prins Bernhard Cultuurfonds and the Sandberg Institute.

Our good friends at Really Simple Syndicate Press will be representing our publishing house at their booth at the CHART Art Book Fair in Denmark from August 26th until August 29th! A selection of our publications will be for sale. On the first day of the fair there will be a book signing by Rune Peitersen for his new publication RAABJERG, published by Jap Sam Books and beautifully designed by Edwin van Gelder (Mainstudio)

Jap Sam Books, kunstenaar Michiel Kluiters en ontwerper Edwin van Gelder  (Mainstudio)  delen met trots de aankondiging aan van Doorways. Michiel Kluiters bij Athenaeum Boekhandel in Amsterdam. De publicatie bevat een collectie van recente fotografische werken door Michiel Kluiters die ruimtelijkheid verkennen, met een prachtig ontwerp door Mainstudio.

Jap Sam Books, Sculpture International Rotterdam (SIR), Visual Arts & Public Space (BKOR) and CBK Rotterdam presented GABO: Portrait of a Sculpture / Portret van een sculptuur. At the beginning of the evening prior to the book launch a browsing session was recorded by Arthur Bueno and Sannetje van Haarst.
